A Thousand years has passed the disastorus event of the Zero reverse and the epic battle between Yusei and Z-one.Dueling is a sport which purpose is too make the Players have fun, most people have a dream of becoming "Dueling Champion"...but lately players have been taken over by mysterious cards called the Numbers, but it is known strong duelists can control the numbers.
When Numbers are Summoned, their respective numbers are printed on their users. They are very dangerous, as their users are easily possessed by them(like I said before) It is said that these "Numbers" monsters cannot be killed with cards in this world. "Numbers" monsters can only be defeated by other "Numbers" monsters. However, when two or more "Numbers" confront themselves in a Duel they'll fight each other to consume one another, and gain the other "Numbers" power.
Will you rise up to the challenge and become a Hero or will you harness the darkness of the Numbers?
