Starter:5 attack/special attack every time train
Level 1 pokemon:4 attack/special every time train
Level 2 pokemon:3 attack/special every time train
Level 3 pokemon:2 attack/special every time train
Legendary pokemon:1 attack/special every time train
Item that your pokemon can found
50%
Punching Bag:Attack up by 1
Random exp from 100-500
25%
Special Punching Bag:Special attack up by 1
10%
Random exp from 1000-10000 exp
