Dratini heaved a sigh, for it was dusk and the moon was out, shining with an eerie glow. Recalling what had happened in the evening, it shruddered. Then a rustle came from behind it, and Eevee went forward, squinting as its eyes adjusted to the light. A female human followed slowly, again squinting.
"What are you doing up so late?" Guinevere asked.
Dratini shuddered and then realized it was only its partner. "Nothing." It said quietly but it then strained its ears and listened intently.
Eevee's sensitive ears suddenely perked forward. "I hear..."
"Shhh...." Guinevere said, also hearing a sound.
"A Pokemon is in distress..." Dratini whispered hearing the sound.
"Let's go." Guinevere said, ready for action.
The two Pokemon partners agreed with a curt of their heads and ran forward towards the source.
~
~ a few minutes later at the scene of the crime~
"RAGHH!!" the Pokemon struggled as the other Pokemon attacked it. People in black suits yelled, "KEEP IT QUIET." and the Pokemon pounced upon it.
It let out a yelp of despair but kept fighting, tiring gradually.
Eevee raced up and pounded one of the attackers:

"Who are you people?! What do you think that you are doing to a Pokemon!?" Guinevere shouted.
"Get that BRAT away from here!" a black suited man said with black glasses said angrily.
"YES SIR!" Two other men started to charge forward, but Dratini attacked them with Wrap, sending them sprawling backwards.

"BECAUSE THERE ARE GOOD HUMANS TOO!" Guinevere shouted, relizing seconds afterward that the Pokemon had talked... not only talked but used telepathy to talk in her mind.
Suddenly, a came forward and brought down its fist to attack Guinevere, but the Pokemon with telepathic powers ripped through the nets and interfered.
"Thanks Pokemon!" Guinevere said. Then realizing that she didn't know its name, she took out her Pokedex and got more info.
Pokedex: Zoroark. Guardian of the Mountain. The Defender. A rare Pokemon that may shapeshift into other Pokemon and possesses abilities that are still unknown. Little is known about this powerful Pokemon.
"Wow! No wonder these guys are after you!" Eeevee said, pouncing on yet another.
The man in a dark suit and black glasses came forward, "I won't let some MEDDLING kid and pathetic Pokemon get in my way for world domination! Go Bronzong!" The man threw a Pokeball up into the air, and a huge metallic figure stood prominently. "CAPTURE ZOROARK!" he shouted.
Bronzong went forward at the command, but Eevee pounced upon it. Soon afterwards, it was sent sprawling back as the Bronzong counterattacked.
Let me show you some of my power good human and Pokemon! Zoroark went forward, became a Bronzong, and smashed into the opposing Pokemon.
"GRAHH!!!" The man said angrily, and he yelled in anger. "GO ONCE AGAIN BRONZONG! WITH AID FROM MURKROW!" A raven-like Pokemon came out from a Pokemon.
"That's not fair!" Guinevere said.
"SINCE WHEN WAS LIFE FAIR KID!?" the man shouted.
"Then let me even the playing field..." Dratini said, and it launched itself at the Murkrow and wrapped its body around it.
The man gave a fustrated grunt and fled from the scene, returning the Pokemon to their Pokeballs.
"I WILL GET BACK AT YOU MEDDLING BRATS ONE DAY!" he shouted. "AND I'LL CATCH ZOROARK AND BECOME THE MOST POWERFUL MAN EVER KNOWN!"
"In your dreams..." Dratini spat out.
"Next time, we'll beat you once again..." Eevee shouted.
"YEAH!" Guinevere said.
Thank you good human... Not all of you are bad... And thank you fellow Pokemon... Zoaroark said... I'm sure we will meet again... But now I must depart and recuperate from our battle... I will not forget your kindness... Then it transformed into an Eevee and disappeared from sight, leaving the trio a little more happier knowing that they had helped a fellow Pokemon!
