Police assure concerned citizens that they have everything under control, but any one can plainly see that things are worse than ever. People are forced to stay inside their homes at night in fear that Team Rocket members are lurking in the streets. When all thought of hope was lost, one man decided it was time for a new generation to protect the regions. He opened an Academy to train student to fight back to the impending doom know as Team Rocket. Do you have what it takes to be the next hero? [/glow]

I got it from bakugan WC they let you create bakugan so why can't pokemon fans create Pokemon and they have fakemon in a lot of places
