There is a notice right in front of the well,it hard to read but you can see there is texts on it!
You translate it and it turn into these notice
1.Each week only 1 wish granted
2.Be police,ask nicely,do what ever you need so Jirachi know if you good or bad
3.If you ask for too much thing,powerful pokemon or anything then Jirachi won't give it to you!
Look like if you want your wish granted then it should be very hard.Your heart should be big and good so Jirachi can granted your wish
