With a farm,you will have sub-board,there will be 3 sub-board for basic Poke Farm(to upgrade your farm then you will need to wait for an event about it) and that is:
1.Adopt abandon pokemon:This sub-board will help you adopt pokemon that been abadon,the chance are low depend on how many pokemon you have!If you have a lot then the chance will very low!And the pokemon type depend on your farm type
2.Forest:Your farm will have a path to a forest that have trees for you to cut down and use the wood will give you money if you exchange in here!It will need you to have at least 1 pokemon in party that know Cut
3.Mareep Fur:If you have a Mareep then each 24 hour it will auto give your fur that can exchange in here
Everything in farm will be random,your mareep will give random fur from 1 to 50,your pokemon will cut random from 1-500
To sign up you just need to post in here with 1000$ and then you have your own farm,also post like this
If you already have a farm then you can't many another one

If you want to know how many wood,mareep fur you have then just check the storage of your farm!
